Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At DESI MANDI, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
