Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to handle customer demand.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory is always well-stocked.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct thorough estimates of ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and prepare comprehensive budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our operations.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, ensuring that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is required for this position.
- Work Setting: This position is based in a fast-paced food service establishment, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential for this position.
