Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Locos. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and customers, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
- Physical demands of the role include standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
