Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Locos. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet food service demands
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure food and service quality meet our high standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
