Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SN Alberta Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure that the department is well-stocked and prepared for service.
- Training and Development: Train and develop food service staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding.
