About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
  • Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial management.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret and understand blueprints and drawings, ensuring accurate project execution.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, at heights, dusty
  • Work Setting: Construction, residential, various locations
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 35 hours per week
