About the Role

A&W Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our Bay Centre Food Court location in Victoria, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining A&W standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including quality control, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as A&W standards.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor costs, and financial performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
