Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks, to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Allocate duties to sales staff to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize sales potential.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile sales data, merchandising information, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and walking frequently.
