Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stony Plain Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Personal Suitability:We are looking for a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
