About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at LUZ CONSTRUCTION INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, to ensure accurate and efficient construction.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create sturdy structures.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Work Environment

As a Framing Carpenter, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are essential physical capabilities for this role.
  • Accurate and reliable, with a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and management.
