About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brodi Restaurants Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Staff Recruitment and Development

Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver exceptional results.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
