Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining hallways, floors, and stairs through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing.
  • Utilizing industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate dirt, debris, and refuse.
  • Managing waste by emptying trash cans and other containers.
  • Washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Assisting in moving heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repairs.
  • Caring for plants, lawns, and gardens.
  • Disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Physical Requirements

This position requires:

  • Repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads (more than 45 kg or 100 lbs)
  • Physical stamina and capability for bending, crouching, and kneeling.
