Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse operations or supply chain management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in warehouse management systems.
