Inventory Control Manager

At CB Canada, we're seeking a skilled Inventory Control Manager to oversee our extensive in-stock inventory and ensure seamless shipping to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily analysis to anticipate potential inventory issues and resolve problems through root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and report on daily inventory adjustments and changes, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Train distribution and receiving managers on inventory control best practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage daily physical and perpetual cycle counting efforts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and report on inventory activities, changes, and variances, including trends and analysis.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies, problem orders, and intercompany transfer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
  • 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Product receiving experience a plus; AS400 and Oracle EBS experience also a plus.
