Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our extensive in-stock inventory is accurately accounted for and ready to ship to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily analysis to anticipate potential inventory problems and perform root cause analyses to resolve issues.
  • Report, monitor, and review daily inventory adjustments and changes.
  • Train distribution and receiving managers on inventory control practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage daily physical and perpetual cycle counting efforts.
  • Report on inventory activities, changes, and variances, including trends and analysis.
  • Resolve inventory issues and discrepancies, problem orders, and intercompany transfer issues.
  • Develop reports, inventory control procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
  • 1-2 years managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Product receiving experience a plus.
  • AS400 and Oracle EBS experience a plus.
