Team Dynamics:

Reporting directly to the Director of ETF Servicing, you will support daily operations and manage client accounts within the National Bank Trust ETF Servicing team. This role offers a collaborative environment that fosters individual growth and learning opportunities, emphasizing customer satisfaction, teamwork, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with four years of experience, or a Master's degree with two years of experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in Mutual Fund and ETF services is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Fund Accounting activities, including NAV calculation and reconciliation.
  • Experience in ETF Administration, including Portfolio Composition File (PCF) management and order processing.
  • Knowledge of Custody operations for trade settlements and cash management.
  • Strong background in customer service and administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to utilize collaboration tools effectively.
  • Demonstrated initiative and independence in work.
