Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Goldview Property Management Ltd. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts, including payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports and tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management to improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
