We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at MLA Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional home buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Register Guests: Provide a warm welcome to our clients and ensure a seamless registration process.
  • Ensure Outstanding Experience: Work closely with our team to ensure every prospect has a positive and lasting experience during their visit.
  • Prospecting and Follow-up: Identify new business opportunities and follow up with visitors to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations as needed to showcase our products and services.
  • Database Management: Enter contract and prospect details into our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • File and Document Management: Maintain organized files and documents to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Sales and Traffic Reports: Prepare regular reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Sales Office, including supply orders and courier services.
  • Signage and Cleanliness: Ensure the Sales Office is well-maintained, with attractive signage and a clean environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Post-Secondary Education: A degree or diploma in a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Multi-Tasking: Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities to achieve team objectives.
  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and blogging.
  • Real Estate Education: Knowledge of real estate principles and practices is an asset.
  • Lasso Database System: Familiarity with the Lasso Database System is an asset.
