We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at MLA Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have an enjoyable and positively lasting home buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests
- Ensure every prospect has an outstanding experience during their visit
- Prospecting and following up with visitors
- Sales presentations as necessary
- Database management - entering contract and prospect details into CRM
- Ensure files and documents are well kept
- Prepare regular sales and traffic reports
- Manage day-to-day operations of Sales Office including supply orders and couriers
- Setting up of signage and maintain cleanliness of Sales Office
- Providing administrative support to Sales Manager as needed
Requirements
- A self-starter who can solve problems independently
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set priorities in order to meet multiple project deadlines
- Post Secondary Education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely proficient in ability to multi task
- A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities in order to achieve overall team objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software
