Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at MLA Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have an enjoyable and positively lasting home buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests
  • Ensure every prospect has an outstanding experience during their visit
  • Prospecting and following up with visitors
  • Sales presentations as necessary
  • Database management - entering contract and prospect details into CRM
  • Ensure files and documents are well kept
  • Prepare regular sales and traffic reports
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Sales Office including supply orders and couriers
  • Setting up of signage and maintain cleanliness of Sales Office
  • Providing administrative support to Sales Manager as needed

Requirements

  • A self-starter who can solve problems independently
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set priorities in order to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extremely proficient in ability to multi task
  • A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities in order to achieve overall team objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Proficiency in Social Media; including Facebook, Twitter, Blogging
  • Real Estate Related Education
  • Knowledge of Lasso Database System
