Sales Appointment Coordinator

About the Role
The Sales Appointment Coordinator is a key member of the Trotman Auto Group team, responsible for initiating phone and internet strategies to book appointments for Sales Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Trotman Auto Group
- Schedule sales appointments with customers
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure positive customer experiences
- Escalate issues to the appropriate management team
- Operate within a structured, process-oriented environment
- Utilize multiple software applications
- Keep the customer database current and accurate
- Work with CRM systems
- Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any accidents to a supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment Coordinator is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the hotel industry would be an asset
- A proven track record of success in sales and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
