About the Role

The Sales Appointment Coordinator is a key member of the Trotman Auto Group team, responsible for initiating phone and internet strategies to book appointments for Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Trotman Auto Group
  • Schedule sales appointments with customers
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate management team
  • Operate within a structured, process-oriented environment
  • Utilize multiple software applications
  • Keep the customer database current and accurate
  • Work with CRM systems
  • Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any accidents to a supervisor

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment Coordinator is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry would be an asset
  • A proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
