Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
