About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at EASE Professional Massage. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate service area.

Providing Information and Assistance

You will be responsible for providing basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that our clients receive timely reminders and notifications.

Handling Payments and Finances

You will be responsible for receiving and processing payments, as well as performing other financial tasks as needed.

Performing Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.

Answering Phones and Relaying Messages

You will be responsible for answering phones and relaying messages to our team members, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective communication.

Providing Excellent Customer Service

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required. If you have experience working in a front office or customer service role, we would love to hear from you

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
