Job Summary

Hudson HR is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staffing department, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
    • Source and attract top candidates through various channels
    • Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the role
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees, including training and support
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with hiring managers, employees, and other stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage recruitment databases and track candidate progress
    • Prepare and share recruitment reports and analytics
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
