About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Strategist to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a Product Visionary, you will be responsible for delivering solutions as a Product Owner, driving business value and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Product Owner, responsible for initiative delivery and contributing to the achievement of the solutions development roadmap.
  • Build and manage the product backlog to achieve the business vision and prioritize the MVP (minimum viable product) for the delivery team.
  • Accompany and support adaptation to changes, obtain support from others, and manage resistance to change.
  • Continually make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience and meet current and future needs.
About the Team

You will be part of a team of 13 colleagues, working in startup mode in an agile delivery mode. Our team is divided between digital business analysts and digital product owners.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner, ideally in a financial services industry (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.).
  • Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and deliver without having all specifications.
  • Great ease in evolving in a complex technological universe in perpetual transformation.
  • Ability to organize/lead workshops.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and other roadmap visualization tools (ProductBoard, Productmap, etc.).
  • Mastery of Design Thinking methodologies and tools.
