You will thrive in this role if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Define the product vision, prioritize features, manage the backlog (using JIRA), write user stories, advocate for UX, and plan releases
  • Establish product KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive enhancements
  • Develop business cases for the product roadmap and define customer and business KPIs
  • Work within a Salesforce/Adobe Campaign technical environment
  • Write UAT criteria and oversee the UAT process
  • Serve as a liaison between business needs and technical teams (including tech leads and developers)
  • At least five years of experience as a Product Owner in CRM
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus on digital, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system interoperability
  • A data-driven, value-oriented team player with strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including those outside Quebec or English-only speakers
