Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize product features, manage the backlog, and oversee the development process.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, monitoring performance and driving enhancements.
  • Develop business cases for the product roadmap and define customer and business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including tech leads and developers, to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • At least five years of experience as a Product Owner in CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus on digital, marketing, communications, or a related field.
