We are a dynamic and growing convenience store chain seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Convenience Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
    • Evaluate daily store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily store operations to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandising and Marketing
    • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring a competitive and appealing product mix.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage store budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Convenience Store Manager will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
