Job Summary
The Brand Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth across North America. This individual will be responsible for managing trade shows, hiring and managing sales representatives, and leveraging their existing contacts to build and maintain strong relationships with boutiques and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
***Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with boutiques and retailers across North America.
- Leverage existing contacts and build new relationships to drive sales growth.
***Trade Show Management
- Plan, organize, and manage participation in trade shows and industry events.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure successful trade show execution.
- Represent the brand effectively and build strong connections with potential clients at trade shows.
***Team Management
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives across North America.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets sales targets.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
***Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
***Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the senior management team to inform strategic decision-making.
***B2B Platform Management
- Utilize the NU Order B2B platform to manage sales orders, inventory, and client communications.
- Ensure seamless integration of the NU Order platform with internal systems and processes.
- Train and support the sales team in effectively using the NU Order platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the fashion wholesale industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Existing contacts and relationships with boutiques and retailers across North America.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a great personality.
- Experience in managing trade shows and industry events.
- Ability to hire, train, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with the NU Order B2B platform is a must.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
