Job Title: General Manager - Westburne West Division

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions in Canada. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Westburne West division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and develop a high-performing management team to achieve organizational and personal goals.
  • Evaluate divisional performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key vendors and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems.
Requirements:
  • University degree and over 15 years of leadership experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction and MRO product distribution.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Ability to build trust, engagement, and high-trust relationships with all levels internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead complex national, multi-divisional, and distributed workforce environments.
