Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at PRINCELAND CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization, including allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in financial and administrative management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong financial and administrative management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
