We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager for Growth to join our expanding product management team and help shape our internal Product Growth initiatives. This position will initially focus on User Engagement and Revenue Generation , while also collaborating with other Product Managers to enhance overall Product Utilization . The goal of our team is to ensure that our clients and partners not only adopt but also continuously derive value from our offerings.

You will play a key role in developing the product strategy alongside your Design and Engineering colleagues, specifically translating zeroG's unique value proposition into actionable insights and strategic recommendations across various user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take comprehensive ownership of the User Engagement & Revenue Generation product roadmaps at zeroG, leading the strategy and vision while creating a results-driven roadmap that delivers value to clients and partners.
  • Spearhead discovery initiatives by utilizing data, gathering internal feedback, conducting regular client interviews, and performing research to understand user needs and identify optimal solutions. Foster a culture of continuous discovery within the product team.
  • Collaborate with Product Design and Data Analysts to apply effective research methodologies that identify user challenges (including product data analysis and user testing).
  • Manage planning, prioritization, and release processes with your Engineering counterparts to ensure swift feature launches.
  • Advocate for a test-and-learn approach that emphasizes experimentation to validate concepts before development.
  • Implement strategies to maximize the adoption of your features and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with zeroG's marketing, sales, support, and success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and maximize the impact of product releases.
  • Maintain clear and frequent communication with internal stakeholders and clients/partners.
  • Define, track, and optimize product goals and KPIs to enhance your product area.
  • Contribute to and refine our product practices by sharing your expertise, insights from past experiences, and knowledge from various resources.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within a fast-paced tech startup (SaaS), having successfully developed multiple products that achieved significant market fit.
  • An ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit in product development.
  • Proficient in combining business acumen with data analysis (using tools like Pendo, Heap, and SQL).
  • Experience collaborating with Product Analysts to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn through effective user engagement.
  • Proven track record in leading product discovery, addressing critical customer and business challenges, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Skilled in creating intuitive user experiences within complex, data-driven products.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data sets, identify opportunities, and derive insights that demonstrate value to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying clear messages to both internal and external stakeholders, creating clarity from ambiguity, and building consensus.
  • A passion for product management and a keen interest in product-led growth strategies, with a strong alignment to zeroG's mission.
