TEKsystems is partnering with a leading Canadian financial institution to find a dedicated Wealth Management Customer Service Representative for their Ottawa office.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking information and support regarding their wealth management accounts and investment products. Your expertise in customer service and knowledge of financial instruments will be crucial in providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address diverse client needs and requests.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team environment by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals, leveraging your understanding of wealth management products.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative work culture through active participation and teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a call center or retail environment.
  • Solid understanding of wealth management concepts, including investment options, RRSPs, and securities. Personal investing experience is valuable.
