About the Role:
Lifemark is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for the company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and triage cases, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage service schedules, book appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and send files to consultants, and receive and direct examinees as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and assessors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist with transcription, invoicing, and report production activities as required.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, assessors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database management.
- Medical Office or Legal Assistant training is an asset.
