Client Services Coordinator

At Lifemark, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and triage cases to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage service schedules, book appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and send files to consultants, and receive and direct examinees as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and assessors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide administrative support to consultants, management, and staff, including word processing, data entry, and transcription.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups, and maintain accurate records of postage meter, fax machine, and copier usage.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database use.
- Medical Office or Legal Assistant training is an asset.
