Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our real estate team, including coordinating schedules, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members, agents, and clients to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Office Management
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to work flexible hours as needed.
