We are in search of a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst who can excel in a dynamic environment, is self-driven, and takes initiative to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive functional, acceptance, and regression testing for new product launches.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement test plans and test cases tailored to product features and user scenarios.
  • Innovate testing strategies to identify potential system failures.
  • Analyze product specifications and designs with a focus on testability, usability, and scalability.
  • Create and execute automated acceptance tests.
  • Collaborate closely with Development and Operations teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and validate defect resolutions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and promote industry-standard best practices.
  • Support the ongoing upkeep of QA testing environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of practical experience in developing test cases for functional, performance, and regression testing, including exploratory and ad-hoc manual testing techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities, with proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with test automation and performance testing tools, as well as programming or scripting languages (Java, Shell scripts, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with database management and API testing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in email transport systems (email clients, SMTP, Exchange).
  • Proficiency in identifying security vulnerabilities within web applications.
  • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and security applications.
