Position Overview: The Property Attendant plays a crucial role in managing the inventory of supplies and linens across various areas of the Resort, alongside performing daily cleaning duties in public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned public areas throughout the Resort
  • Collect and manage soiled linens while restocking linen closets
  • Dispose of trash in all public areas and ensure cleanliness in public restrooms
  • Clean mirrors, windows, and all surfaces through wiping and dusting
  • Rearrange furniture to its original position as necessary
  • Perform vacuuming and mopping of floors
  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Report maintenance needs promptly
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Canadian driver's license
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment is advantageous
  • Maintain a neat appearance in accordance with Fox Harb'r standards, including grooming and attire
  • Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves lifting up to 50lbs, bending, stretching, navigating stairs, and using stepladders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
