Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
  • Assist residents with maintenance-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Manage inventory of materials and tools required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate with management and staff to ensure effective maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • DEP in general building maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Good physical condition and endurance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
