About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apartment Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at TCM Conseils. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
    • Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all resident concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses.

Requirements
  • Education
