Job Title: Event Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Bartender to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As an Event Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience, and ensuring that every event is a success.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and serve drink orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages according to O&B standards
  • Communicate with guests and team members to ensure that their needs are met
  • Setup and take apart bar area, dishwasher, and cappuccino machine
  • Stock and maintain all bar products, including mis en place
  • Check and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
  • Count and take inventory of all beverages and supplies
  • Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of serving and bartending experience in a similar environment
  • ProServe Certification
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and sales ability
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of product knowledge, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
