Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by crafting expertly mixed cocktails and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Build relationships with our guests and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our events team to provide exceptional service for private events and functions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest mixology trends and techniques.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar environment.
- ProServe Certification is a requirement.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.
