About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and knowledge of our beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and fulfill beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by being a team player and supporting colleagues in their roles.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with guests.
- ProServe Certification is a requirement for this role.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure.
