Overview:
- Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or other non-university certificate or diploma of 1 to 2 years
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience required.
Work must be conducted at the designated location; remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new staff members
- Facilitate training sessions for team members
- Negotiate terms with clients regarding facility usage
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries
- Assist guests with special requirements
- Develop and manage work schedules
Supervision:
- Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word
- Experience with Central Reservation Systems (CRS)
- Proficient in MS Excel
