About the Role

Lantheus is a leading provider of innovative diagnostics, targeted therapeutics, and artificial intelligence solutions that empower clinicians to find, fight, and follow disease. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Distribution Center Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of changes to increase and improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in the distribution center.
  • Handle radioactive and pharmaceutical products in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure that all products covered by Standard Operating Procedures are handled in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Promote compliance and maintain an excellent understanding of all relevant policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate deadlines for all deliveries and the movement of products on the dock, including preparation of deliveries.
  • Manage the distribution center inventory and submit timely reports.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging effective communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Examine and resolve operational problems, including security and service issues, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for products, including maintenance of the VAISALA temperature monitoring system.
  • Adhere to all security procedures and oversee the security management of equipment.
  • Contribute to projects and audits of the distribution center.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and may work overtime to achieve customer service objectives.
  • Actively participate in putting the values of Lantheus into practice.
  • Perform other tasks as entrusted.
  • In the absence of the distribution center manager, this employee will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the warehouse, completing tasks and duties, and communicating with customer service and courier service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Five years of experience as a supervisor and in a warehouse/logistics management role in a highly regulated environment, preferably in the medical imaging or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in an autonomous position with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven leadership.
  • Multi-tasking experience and ability to prioritize the needs of internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Life truck license.
  • Knowledge of GMP and assets.
  • Transport certification of dangerous goods (Class 7).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to lift loads up to 23kg (50 lbs).
