Job Title: Amusement Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Amusement Associate to join our team at Cineplex. As an Amusement Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the presentation and working condition of our facility, including its amusement equipment and redemption counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and courteous guest service
  • Maintain cash out operations and follow policies and procedures
  • Upsell playcards to maximize guest service
  • Redeem prizes for guests at the Redemption counter and obtain e-tickets as payment
  • Maintain redemption operations and follow policies and procedures
  • Restock merchandise and maintain stock levels of supplies
  • Ensure the Games Rooms exceeds cleanliness standards
  • Communicate effectively with fellow staff via radio calls
Requirements:
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Works well in a busy environment
  • Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong work ethic
