Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
- Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all food products are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately recorded and reported.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit reports as required, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and presented.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities and that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provides Physical Accessibility Accommodations: Provides physical accessibility accommodations, such as ramps, elevators, and accessible parking, to ensure that all customers and staff have equal access to our facilities.
- Provides Visual Accessibility Accommodations: Provides visual accessibility accommodations, such as braille, screen readers, and large print materials, to ensure that all customers and staff have equal access to information and services.
- Provides Auditory Accessibility Accommodations: Provides auditory accessibility accommodations, such as transcription software and teletypewriters, to ensure that all customers and staff have equal access to information and services.
- Participates in Government or Community Programs: Participates in government or community programs or initiatives that support persons with disabilities, ensuring that our organization is committed to providing equal access and opportunities for all.

- Assists with Immediate Settlement Needs: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, such as housing, transportation, and storage, to ensure that they have a smooth transition to their new life.
- Supports Social and Labour Market Integration: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, ensuring that they have access to community resources, language training, and skills training to help them succeed in their new life.
- Participates in Government or Community Programs: Participates in government or community programs or initiatives that support youth employment, ensuring that our organization is committed to providing equal access and opportunities for all.
- Offers On-the-Job Training: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their role.
