  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work hours, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of communications equipment and ensure proper functioning of vehicles.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our operations team to schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week
