Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Logistics Coordinator to join our team at BIGBLUE TRANSPORTATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and reviewing work assignments.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines will be essential in maintaining high productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Organize tasks to accomplish the work and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • An attention to detail and ability to maintain high productivity and product quality.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
