About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at GRTC INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, following established recipes and presentation standards.
    • Portion and package food items for serving.
    • Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food and ingredients in a safe and sanitary manner, following established procedures and guidelines.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take orders and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing updates and feedback as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Team Member will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
