About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager to join our team at Kiehls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and develop action plans to positively impact sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through the Preferred Customer Program
  • Monitor and improve staff performance on the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service and sales standards
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through suggestive selling, store events, and wardrobe clients
  • Act with customers in mind, providing exceptional service and going above and beyond to meet their needs
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in cosmetics or a related field
  • Certified Make-up Artist
  • Proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
